Our Experience
RJ-Staffing was founded by Roy Rizzotti in 1996, deeming us the longest-running independently owned and operated staffing firm in Rockland County, NY. Now a multigenerational family business, run by the second generation, business development and operations are in the hands of Roy’s children, Shane Rizzotti and Taylor Rose Mezzio. We serve the Hudson Valley, Northern NJ, the NYC-Metro area, and beyond and have placed tens of thousands of professionals into some of the area’s best career opportunities at prestigious organizations as well as fellow stellar small businesses.
Our roots have grown strong enough here at home to successfully branch out into offering our solutions nationwide.
