Meet Our Team

Shane, born and raised in Rockland County, is half of the second generation running the RJ-Staffing family business day-to-day. He has been stuffing envelopes since he was 6 years old, began temping at 18 years old, and began working internally for the firm in 2010. Since then, Shane has grown from an Account Executive to Vice President, enhanced our service lines from temporary staffing to executive headhunting, increased our geographic area of recruiting capability, and expanded our internal team. When he’s not developing our next company initiative, overseeing working relationships with his long-standing clientele, or recruiting the next internal staff member, you can find him on the golf course, spending quality time with his wife and son, or working in the yard at his woodland West Nyack, NY home.  

Taylor Rose, born and raised in Rockland County, is half of the second generation running the RJ-Staffing family business day-to-day. She has been making shredder spaghetti and stuffing envelopes on Take Your Daughter to Work Day since she was a toddler and began working internally for the firm in 2015. Since then, Taylor Rose has grown from a Human Resources Assistant to Vice President, increased the efficiency of our back office/accounting operations, enhanced our marketing/branding reach and uniformity, and spearheaded some of our largest process improvement projects to date. When she’s not running our weekly payroll, crunching numbers for team commissions, or building better company infrastructure, you can find her with her nose stuck in a book, at Walt Disney World with her husband, or playing with her Standard Poodle Louie in the backyard of her Bardonia, NY home. 

Roy, born and raised in the Bronx until the age of 13, moved to Rockland County in 1972, where he still resides today. Roy entered the staffing industry unknowingly when he applied for a position through a staffing firm in 1984 and ended up being brought on to join the internal team. In 1989, he sold his first staffing company, went on to run several national staffing agencies in the role of Vice President, became the President of a national brand, and ultimately went on to found RJ-Staffing in 1996. Roy was an innovator and maintains the legacy of having founded the longest operating staffing firm in Rockland County. He also expertly groomed two of his three children on the ins and outs of the business over the course of their lives and now takes great pride in watching them oversee daily firm operations. When he is not providing guidance on complex business strategy, attending routine management meetings, or dropping in on company birthday and holiday celebrations, you can find him out around town with his wife and children, baking some delicious homemade bread, or playing with his German Shepherds Harper and Max in either his New City, NY or Roscoe, NY backyard.

Cheryl has been a cornerstone of the RJ-Staffing team since 2007. Born and raised in Westchester and living in Rockland County since 2004, she has extensive personal and professional relationships within the firm. Cheryl is an expert in all things related to temporary staffing and ensures our contingent workforce is deployed effectively to the entirety of our diverse clientele. When she’s not interviewing folks in career transition, supporting our clients whose workforce needs continuously fluctuate, or arranging the next RJ-Staffing job fair, you can find her at her daughter’s basketball games, her son’s baseball games, or cooking up something delicious for the next family BBQ or gathering in Valley Cottage, NY. 

Jessica has gained the bulk of her professional experience within the education industry, working as a Family Resource Coordinator and Spanish teacher for 6+ years until bringing her talents to RJ-Staffing in 2021. Jessica’s extensive experience working with local families and helping students achieve their educational goals, along with her bilingual Spanish capabilities, made her a huge asset to our firm which works extensively with Spanish speakers and those looking for assistance landing their next career opportunity. When she is not assisting Spanish-speaking candidates in our office, deploying talent to our diverse light industrial/warehouse clientele, or attending a community event or job fair, you can find her spending quality time with her son, family, and long-time boyfriend.

Nick has been working in the staffing/recruiting industry since 2015 and started with RJ-Staffing in 2021. Born, raised, and still residing in Westchester, Nick has an extensive personal and professional network in the NYC-Metro area, which has been an asset to the firm. When he’s not expertly consulting businesses in the NYC-Metro area on best hiring practices, diligently working to land his candidates more rewarding career opportunities, or helping achieve consensus on the daily RJ-Staffing lunch order, you can find him on the golf course, on the dance floor, or spending quality time with his family.

Robert has gained the bulk of his professional experience within the hospitality/hotel management industry since 2008. Industry shifts post-Covid encouraged Robert to transition to the staffing/recruiting industry, joining the RJ-Staffing team in 2022. Along with him, he brought a host of relevant experience to the table, including hourly and salary personnel recruitment, staff supervision, and client experience management. As a Rockland County native, Robert takes pride in helping business and job-seekers in his hometown. When he’s not building relationships with businesses in need of recruiting support, listening carefully to our applicants career goals, or burning the midnight oil to maximize our firm’s reach, you can find him rolling putts to sharpen his golf skills, taking names on Xbox live, or spending time with his family and fiancée.

Britt brings over 12 years of professional recruiting experience to the team, with an extensive background in full-cycle internal manufacturing recruitment operations. Her history in Fortune 500 organizations, as well as small-medium size operations, lends itself perfectly to the diverse clientele and position types we consider our specialty here at RJ-Staffing. Britt is born, raised, and currently residing in Bergen County, NJ, helping our team stretch our reach from our home in Rockland further into the Northern NJ communities we’ve served for so long. When she is not expertly sourcing talent for an opening or finding new and creative ways to connect with struggling hiring managers, you can find her riding her motorcycle, enjoying a beach day with her partner, or working in her art studio.
