Meet Our Team

Shane, born and raised in Rockland County, is half of the second generation running the RJ-Staffing family business day-to-day. He has been stuffing envelopes since he was 6 years old, began temping at 18 years old, and began working internally for the firm in 2010. Since then, Shane has grown from an Account Executive to Vice President, enhanced our service lines from temporary staffing to executive headhunting, increased our geographic area of recruiting capability, and expanded our internal team. When he’s not developing our next company initiative, overseeing working relationships with his long-standing clientele, or recruiting the next internal staff member, you can find him on the golf course, spending quality time with his wife and son, or working in the yard at his woodland West Nyack, NY home.  

Taylor Rose, born and raised in Rockland County, is half of the second generation running the RJ-Staffing family business day-to-day. She has been making shredder spaghetti and stuffing envelopes on Take Your Daughter to Work Day since she was a toddler and began working internally for the firm in 2015. Since then, Taylor Rose has grown from a Human Resources Assistant to Vice President, increased the efficiency of our back office/accounting operations, enhanced our marketing/branding reach and uniformity, and spearheaded some of our largest process improvement projects to date. When she’s not running our weekly payroll, crunching numbers for team commissions, or building better company infrastructure, you can find her with her nose stuck in a book, at Walt Disney World with her husband, or playing with her Standard Poodle Louie in the backyard of her Bardonia, NY home. 

Roy, born and raised in the Bronx until the age of 13, moved to Rockland County in 1972, where he still resides today. Roy entered the staffing industry unknowingly when he applied for a position through a staffing firm in 1984 and ended up being brought on to join the internal team. In 1989, he sold his first staffing company, went on to run several national staffing agencies in the role of Vice President, became the President of a national brand, and ultimately went on to found RJ-Staffing in 1996. Roy was an innovator and maintains the legacy of having founded the longest operating staffing firm in Rockland County. He also expertly groomed two of his three children on the ins and outs of the business over the course of their lives and now takes great pride in watching them oversee daily firm operations. When he is not providing guidance on complex business strategy, attending routine management meetings, or dropping in on company birthday and holiday celebrations, you can find him out around town with his wife and children, baking some delicious homemade bread, or playing with his German Shepherds Harper and Max in either his New City, NY or Roscoe, NY backyard.

Cheryl has been a cornerstone of the RJ-Staffing team since 2007. Born and raised in Westchester and living in Rockland County since 2004, she has extensive personal and professional relationships within the firm. Cheryl is an expert in all things related to temporary staffing and ensures our contingent workforce is deployed effectively to the entirety of our diverse clientele. When she’s not interviewing folks in career transition, supporting our clients whose workforce needs continuously fluctuate, or arranging the next RJ-Staffing job fair, you can find her at her daughter’s basketball games, her son’s baseball games, or cooking up something delicious for the next family BBQ or gathering in Valley Cottage, NY. 

Nick has been working in the staffing/recruiting industry since 2015 and started with RJ-Staffing in 2021. Born, raised, and still residing in Westchester, Nick has an extensive personal and professional network in the NYC-Metro area, which has been an asset to the firm. When he’s not expertly consulting businesses in the NYC-Metro area on best hiring practices, diligently working to land his candidates more rewarding career opportunities, or helping achieve consensus on the daily RJ-Staffing lunch order, you can find him on the golf course, on the dance floor, or spending quality time with his family.

Letty is a career Light Industrial/Manufacturing/Warehousing staffing and recruiting expert, who brings large multi-national agency experience to our boutique environment.  Letty immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic at 19 years old and started her career in retail store management through Staples.  Eventually finding her calling in recruitment, working for multiple agencies allowing her to connect her passion for business building and helping people.  The stars aligned bringing Letty and RJ-Staffing together at a time and place when each were seeking the other.  For RJ-Staffing, a highly adept and capable bi-lingual recruitment force who possesses deep connections and knowledge of the Rockland/Bergen county job-seeker and business community.  For Letty, a firm that cares about quality over quantity and could put her skillset to use in an environment where she can truly thrive and work a higher caliber pool of openings.  When she is not making it look effortless to source some of the most difficult-to-find manufacturing/warehousing talent in the area, you can find her doing a DIY renovation project on her home with her husband, at a Volleyball tournament with her kids, running her side hustle cleaning company, or at a local gala to celebrate strong entrepreneurial woman in business.  Make sure to check out her book “Destinos valientes: Más que un sueño, una travesía” on Amazon!
