Job Description:
We’re recruiting Customer Service Representatives for companies in Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ.
Requirements:
-Related experience as a Customer Service Representative
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Pleasant and professional telephone manner
-Ability to handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries
-Ability to process orders
-Computer skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Data entry skills
-Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is a plus
-Ability to assist with general administrative tasks
-Ability to multitask
-Access to reliable transportation
