Job Description:

We’re recruiting for Receptionists for companies in Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
  • Answer phones and refer inquiries to the proper department
  • Contribute to team by assisting with administrative/clerical projects, as needed
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Distribute mail
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk space

Required Skills:

  • Prior Front Desk Reception experience
  • Experience in a corporate office environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clear verbal communication
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-tasking
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
